What this drill helps fix
Teaches hitters to sequence the swing from the ground up — pelvis, torso, hands, then barrel — instead of launching the hands first.
Why fixing this matters
Proper kinetic sequencing is the engine of the swing. When the pelvis leads and the hands go last, hitters unlock bat speed, rotational acceleration, and on-plane efficiency that transfer directly to game at-bats.
